Best food cart in Central Oregon! The staff is always fun and friendly. The food is OUTSTANDING! This is place is top notch and affordable! I eat there at least once a week if not more. I highly recommend you pay this cart a visit, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Just ate at Nick’s for the first time and it was fantastic! Sloppy Joe, fantastic! Mac and cheese, fantastic (and kid approved and loved)! Cheeseburger, one of the best I’ve had in a looooong time! Fries, HOT DAMN, incredible! When people say best fries in Bend, they really do mean it! Can’t wait to go back for some chili cheese fries! Keep up the great work Nik and crew!

Hey Cheyenne… You see this review? This is the review I leave places that I know for a FACT care about me and their customers. Rude is very subjective so nobody wants to hear you yammer about your bad experience. If a truck seems busy to you and they are moving around that cart like lightning and can’t help you right away, that they’re getting busy or have been. I highly doubt anyone ignored you and if they did ignore you, you consult with them in person not slap em with this 1 star review of yours. I reported you review by the way. For being irrelevant.

First time trying Nik’s after some morning runs at Bachelor. We shared a couple sliders, fries and brussel sprouts, and loved all of it! Portions were generous. We will be back!

Nik's has the most amazing fries that I have had. Add cheese and bacon and there are few snacks that can top it. His Brussel Sprouts and sliders are pretty awesome too. I highly recommend this cart.

Decided to hit up this truck as my 2nd lunch (still hungry) and the slider was way nicer than I would have expected! Really glod simlle food exactly the way you need it. Braht was perfectly cooked too! Wil come back again
